Job summary

Metric Geo seeks an experienced Project Manager to join their growing multidisciplinary engineering team in Indiana. This role targets water/wastewater projects with technical leadership, project management, and team mentoring responsibilities.

You will manage complex projects, lead scopes and budgets, mentor staff, and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams while maintaining client relationships and driving project reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• 5–15 years engineering/project management experience, preferably in water/wastewater.
• PE licence preferred.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, organisation, and mentoring skills.
• Willingness to visit construction sites safely.
• Proficiency with engineering and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex water/wastewater projects from planning through construction and closeout.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering staff.
• Lead project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, and quality control.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and oversee project delivery.
• Maintain client relationships and lead project meetings and reporting.
• Review change orders and ensure contractual requirements are met.
• Support proposals, business development, and industry activities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
