Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a seasoned construction professional to supervise contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and scheduling for complex projects. The role requires an engineering/CM background with 5–9+ years of construction experience, preferably in water/wastewater facilities, and DBIA/LEED credentials are a plus.

You will lead project teams, coordinate with owners and engineers, and ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field; graduate degree a plus.
5–9+ years construction experience required; water/wastewater facilities preferred.
DBIA and LEED accreditation a plus.
Experience managing projects from start to finish.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building with owners and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

Supervise all activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedule.
Understand contracts and all parties involved.
Secure permits and verify subs insurance.
Schedule and facilitate project meetings for coordination.
Supervise and manage project team members.
Train and develop direct reports.
Prepare monthly job status reports.
Provide administrative and technical leadership and maintain project records.
Supervise project closeout.
Build relationships with owners and engineering firms.
Participate in proposals and presentations.
