Job summary

Pennoni is seeking a Project Engineer to lead water and wastewater projects from our Philadelphia office on a full-time basis. You will work on municipal reviews, feasibility studies, and utility design, serving as Engineer of Record on select projects.

The role requires a Civil or Environmental Engineering background with 6+ years of experience, plus proficiency in CAD/GIS tools and regulatory permitting. PE is preferred, and collaboration with a team is essential for successful project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Work on wet utilities (water/wastewater) projects and municipal reviews.
• Contribute to infrastructure planning with feasibility studies and cost estimates.
• Serve as Engineer of Record on design/construction for plants or pipelines.
• Prepare engineering reports and assist in design and permitting.
• Coordinate master planning tasks and conduct outdoor construction inspections.
