Job summary

Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Industrial Water & Water & Wastewater Market Leader based in Phoenix, AZ, with remote or hybrid options within the state.

You will design and implement a strategy to capture water market share in the Southwest and lead cross-disciplinary teams on mining, semiconductor, data center, and municipal projects. The role demands 8+ years in consulting, PE registration, strong leadership, client development, and ability to manage large projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, chemical, environmental engineering or related discipline (required).
• Professional registration (P.E.) is required.
• 10+ years of progressive consulting experience preferred.
• Experience with industrial and municipal water projects, including supply, treatment and reuse.
• Strong leadership, client development and multi-disciplinary team management skills.
• Willingness to travel and operate in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Excellent oral and technical writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop a market strategy for water for mining and lead staff to execute it.
• Grow Geosyntec's mining and water capabilities across sectors.
• Serve as project director on large or high-risk projects.
• Mentor junior staff and drive business development.
• Lead proposal development and client management activities.
• Engage with clients, regulators and industry groups to raise visibility.
