Job summary

LVI Associates in New Orleans seeks a Construction Program Manager to lead large municipal water and wastewater capital programs in the Greater New Orleans area. You will oversee planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, and project closeout for critical infrastructure initiatives.

As a senior leader, you will manage multidisciplinary teams, maintain client relationships with municipal authorities, and provide executive-level updates, budgets, schedules, and risk plans to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure projects or large public works.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and complex project delivery.
• Strong grasp of project controls, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of water and wastewater capital programs from planning through closeout.
• Oversee multiple projects and coordinate managers, consultants, and construction teams.
• Serve as primary client contact with municipal authorities and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, forecasts, and risk management plans.
• Provide executive-level reporting and updates to clients and senior leadership.
• Oversee procurement strategies, contracts, change management, and construction execution.
• Ensure safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Foster collaboration across engineering, construction, and operations.
