Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 15+ years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience overseeing medium to large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience with water and wastewater treatment facilities, transmission/distribution, and wastewater collection systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Manage pipelines, pump stations, reservoirs, distribution, collection, and treatment facilities.
• Prepare engineering reports, memos, design documents, specifications, cost estimates, and permitting packages.
• Oversee projects from concept through construction, including design development and bidding support.
• Manage budgets, schedules, quality control, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders for successful execution.
• Provide mentorship and technical oversight to staff and project teams.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain long-term relationships.

A well-established engineering and consulting firm is seeking a Senior Civil Infrastructure Project Manager to support and lead complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects throughout the region. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Manage projects involving pipelines, pump stations, reservoirs, distribution systems, collection systems, and treatment facilities.
• Prepare engineering reports, technical memoranda, design documents, specifications, cost estimates, and permitting packages.
• Oversee projects from concept through construction, including design development, bidding support, and construction-phase services.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, quality control processes, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical oversight to engineering staff and project teams.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong long-term professional relationships.
• Support business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities and assisting with client growth initiatives.
• Participate in industry organizations, technical committees, and professional events to support market visibility and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
