Stanley Consultants in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer and Senior Project Manager to lead municipal water and wastewater projects in Louisiana. This role oversees design, planning and services through construction, coordinating with civil, mechanical, electrical, I&C, structural, and CAD disciplines.

The candidate should have a BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering, 10+ years of experience, a LA PE license or the ability to obtain within six months, and strong

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Louisiana or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering is required.
• Active participation in professional organizations and strong client relationships.
• Excellent design team leadership and communication skills.
• Strong drafting, writing, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver water and wastewater projects in Louisiana.
• Develop and manage all aspects of municipal water and wastewater utility projects through construction.
• Collaborate with civil, mechanical, electrical, I&C, structural, and CAD disciplines.
• Assist in marketing opportunities and responses to RFP/RFQs.
• Mentor staff and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
