Job summary

Olsson is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead water and wastewater projects on the Water/Wastewater team. You will provide high-level technical support, oversee QA/QC, and guide design decisions for sanitary sewer piping, pump stations, and treatment facilities.

Travel to job sites may be required; opportunities to mentor staff; you will collaborate with engineers and clients to deliver compliant, cost-effective solutions and help improve communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• At least 10 years of water/wastewater experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer certification.
• Experience with AutoCAD or related software.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support for water/wastewater projects.
• Lead QA/QC activities to ensure design excellence.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
