Ardurra Group, Inc. is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our St. Augustine, FL team.

You will plan, design, and manage multidisciplinary water and wastewater projects for municipal and institutional clients in the Northeast Florida region. The role requires leading engineers, EITs, designers, and sub-consultants; developing qualifications and proposals; and coordinating across departments to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil, Environmental or related engineering discipline.
• Professional Engineer license in Florida or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on water/wastewater projects preferred.
• Experience with water distribution and wastewater collection modeling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and manage multidiscipline water/wastewater projects for municipal/institutional clients in Northeast Florida.
• Lead engineering design, hydraulics, pumping systems, and treatment process projects.
• Develop statements of qualifications and proposals; interact with clients and negotiate contracts.
• Guide and coordinate multiple departments and sub-consultants to deliver projects.
