Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares plan details, quantities, and cost estimates for project segments.
• Assists in preparing technical specifications.
• Evaluates vendor bids and drawings for compliance.
• Reviews design drawings within defined limits.
• Prepares technical reports or report sections.
• Occasionally performs field tests and collects data.
• Supports proposal team or manager as needed.
