Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Environmental, Civil or related engineering field.
• Minimum 10 years in industrial water, wastewater or produced water treatment.
• Experience leading investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Experience supporting operating facilities and capital projects.
• Ability to influence technical decisions across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy for water treatment across facilities and projects.
• Provide oversight from basis development to startup and performance optimisation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and drive sustainability initiatives.
• Support decision making on complex water management and reuse solutions.
