GFT is seeking a Water Treatment Design Engineer to join our Water team in a hybrid office setting across our Florida offices. The role focuses on designing treatment plants, pumping stations, and related facilities with CAD drawings and equipment selection to meet safety and regulatory standards.

You will lead process optimization, hydraulics analyses, testing, and project management from feasibility studies through commissioning, contributing to sustainable water infrastructure and resilient

Qualifikationen

• BS in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering; MS preferred.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6–12 months.
• 8+ years in water discipline; design experience for water infrastructure.

Aufgaben

• Design water treatment plants and pumping stations with CAD drawings and equipment selection.
• Optimize treatment processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Perform hydraulic analysis for new and existing facilities; select pumps.
• Analyze lab data and operator reports to resolve issues and improve operations.
• Ensure treated water meets regulatory standards and protect public health.
• Manage feasibility studies, upgrades, and projects from design to commissioning.
