The role centers on managing project performance, coordinating with field teams, and driving budgets, schedules, and client relationships to successful conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project performance including schedule, budget, and client relationships.
• Lead project planning, including budgeting, scheduling, and construction approach.
• Work with Superintendents to coordinate field operations and major work activities.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and project execution.
• Manage pay applications, cash flow, and project financials.
• Support and lead Project Engineers and co-ops.
• Coordinate with preconstruction and estimating teams during project startup.
• Identify and resolve project issues related to scope, cost, or schedule.
