Responsibilities

  • Manage overall project performance including schedule, budget, and client relationships.
  • Lead project planning, including budgeting, scheduling, and construction approach.
  • Work with Superintendents to coordinate field operations and major work activities.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and project execution.
  • Manage pay applications, cash flow, and project financials.
  • Support and lead Project Engineers and co-ops.
  • Coordinate with preconstruction and estimating teams during project startup.
  • Identify and resolve project issues related to scope, cost, or schedule.

Job description

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in construction
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
  • Experience managing teams and leading projects from start to finish
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with water or wastewater treatment plant construction
  • Background working with a self-perform general contractor
  • Experience managing complex mechanical or heavy civil projects
  • Familiarity with estimating, preconstruction, and project turnover processes
Responsibilities:
