Job summary

Envirogen is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service operations, support key customer relationships, and drive the successful delivery of projects and field services across our client base.

Reporting to the Director, this hands-on leadership role combines operational management, customer engagement, project delivery, financial accountability, and team leadership. Travel regionally to meet customers and ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or equivalent industry experience.
Experience in industrial water treatment operations.
Proven ability to lead service teams and manage customer-facing projects.
HAZWOPER certification or willingness to obtain.
TWIC card holder or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of Envirogen's service facility and field service team.
Coordinate the delivery, installation, operation, and maintenance of water treatment systems.
Oversee project performance, including invoicing, project costs, labour estimates, material costs, and overall financial objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including engineering teams, site managers, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Travel locally and regionally to meet customers, build relationships, present solutions, and support business development activities.
Lead, mentor, train, and support field service personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.
Monitor service delivery to ensure contractual commitments, project specifications, and quality standards.
