Job summary

Select Water Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Water Transfer Operator III to join our Water Transfer team. This full-time, non-exempt role performs setup, operation, and teardown of water transfer systems in outdoor environments.

You'll work on crews, loading equipment, monitoring pumps, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Travel may be required; DOT/OSHA training provided; excellent benefits and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in water transfer or field operations preferred.
• Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
• Must pass DOT/OSHA safety training.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and rig down water transfer systems.
• Laying poly line and hoses, loading equipment.
• Monitor gauges and control pumps.
• Transport equipment and personnel in vehicles.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE.
• Assist in spill containment and cleanup.
