Job summary

Exyte US, Inc. seeks a Principal Water Systems Engineer to serve as the technical authority for UPW, RO/DI, and wastewater treatment supporting fabs, data centers, and advanced manufacturing sites.

You will provide deep technical leadership across design, performance, operations, and environmental compliance. In a 24×7 environment, you will set global engineering standards, guide complex investigations, and work with clients to articulate Exyte’s capabilities while mentoring teams and developing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 12+ years of UPW, RO/DI, IWT, or high-purity water systems; semiconductor experience preferred.
• Expert knowledge of UPW, WWT and/or water reclamation.
• Strong background in process controls, SCADA, and instrumentation.
• Ability to travel 30–40% to support global sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for UPW/RODI, IWT, and water reclamation; provide technical governance.
• Maintain global engineering standards, design criteria, FAT/SAT protocols, and quality thresholds.
• Develop market strategies, pricing, and product positioning with sales.
• Lead water quality standards, failure analyses, and risk management initiatives.
• Provide Tier-3 engineering support to global sites for complex water issues.
• Ensure environmental permits, discharge limits, and chemical handling safety.
• Develop training content and mentor engineers; support global knowledge sharing.
• Assist client engagements and RFPs with technical design and solutions.
