Serve as system owner for FRIB cooling water and process utility systems and lead reliability improvements.
Lead troubleshooting for pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and instrumentation; implement corrective actions.
Design modifications and new installations with hydraulic analyses and equipment sizing.
Provide engineering support for facility projects and vendor engagement.
Develop operating and maintenance procedures, emergency plans, and training materials.
Oversee maintenance, testing, commissioning, and safety-compliant work.
