Dewberry seeks a Structural Project Engineer for its water structures group in Rancho Cordova, CA or Denver, CO. You will design water and wastewater facilities, contribute to contract plans, estimates, and specs, and support field projects. The role requires a CA PE license, 8+ years’ experience, and a civil engineering degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in the design of water and wastewater structures.
• California PE license required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering quality work on time.
• Strong verbal and written communication; leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design water, wastewater, and stormwater conveyance and treatment infrastructure and support buildings.
• Develop contract plans, engineer's estimates, and construction specifications.
• Provide field and office construction support services.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.
