Job summary

Boswell is seeking a New Jersey based Project Manager or Senior PM (Licensed PE) to lead water services projects across NJ offices: South Hackensack HQ, Chester, and East Brunswick. You will oversee design, construction, budgets, and proposals, mentoring engineers and coordinating with clients and regulatory requirements.

The role demands a PE license, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 10+ years of relevant experience, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
• Municipal engineering experience and CEM certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, budgets, and project documentation from start to finish.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets; attend client meetings.
• Lead and mentor engineers at all levels.
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations and internal standards.
