Carollo Engineers, a premier water-focused engineering firm, is seeking a senior engineer in California. You will lead wastewater and reuse projects, manage client relationships, and guide teams across design and deliverables. The role requires PE licensure in CA and 10+ years in the field.

You'll work with a national team of professionals and engage in proposals, budgeting, and schedules while advancing innovative water solutions for public health and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of California.
• 10+ years of professional experience (excluding advanced degrees).
• Experience in wastewater and reuse design within environmental consulting with hydraulics and treatment processes.
• Strong communication and ability to work with multiple clients and project teams.

Responsabilités

• Manages and conducts engineering work on wastewater and reuse projects for multiple clients.
• Prepares and delivers technical evaluations, reports and electronic deliverables.
• Supervise or coordinate the work of staff engineers, drafters, technicians, and others.
• Responsible for budget, schedule, contractual obligations and quality standards.
• Anticipates client needs and defines objectives for new tasks.
• Participates in proposal development and contract negotiations.
• Travel required when requested.
