Job summary

The San Diego team seeks a senior engineer to manage complex projects, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure technical excellence while maintaining client relationships and project budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or chemical engineering.
• 12+ years of wastewater design experience in environmental consulting with emphasis in hydraulics, treatment processes, and plant design.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE).
• Experience managing and designing medium-sized projects with full responsibility for budget, schedule, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, and conducts engineering work on large projects with budget, schedule, and quality responsibility.
• Negotiates critical issues with senior engineers and client organizations.
• Leads and coordinates multiple projects and teams.
• Develops client relationships and prepares proposals and contracts.
• Travel may be required.
