• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

• Recognized as a technical expert with advanced techniques and practices.
• Ability to lead technical work and supervise others.

Responsibilities

• Lead process design for advanced water and wastewater treatment projects with emphasis on water reuse and membrane-based systems.
• Direct and supervise complex studies related to advanced treatment and reuse solutions.
• Define technical tasks and provide oversight, review, and approval of work.
• Evaluate decisions for sound design, schedule, budget, and scope.
• Stay current on regulations and technological advances affecting advanced treatment.
• Coordinate with clients, project teams, and regulators to clarify requirements and support project success.
• Mentor and supervise engineers, designers, and staff to ensure continuity, quality.
• Support proposals and technical approaches as an advanced treatment/reuse leader.
