Ridgemont Resources, Inc. in Parsippany, New Jersey seeks a Water Resources Project Manager to lead water and wastewater projects through planning, design and construction in a hybrid on-site model.

You'll own scope, schedule and budget for multiple projects and coordinate with NJDEP and funding programs. The role requires a NJ Professional Engineer license (or out-of-state with comity), 8+ years in consulting, hands-on design authorship, and strong client relations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or closely related field.
• 8+ years of water and wastewater experience in a consulting environment with ownership of scope, schedule and budget.
• New Jersey PE license or PE in another state with ability to obtain NJ licensure by comity; strong EIT with PE exam scheduled will be considered.
• Hands-on design authorship early in career: drawings, specifications, basis of design reports and permit applications you personally prepared.
• Working knowledge of NJDEP regulations and the permitting process.
• Experience carrying client relationships and writing fee proposals.

Responsabilidades

• Full lifecycle project management on water and wastewater treatment, pumping stations, force mains, distribution and collection system projects, from planning through construction.
• Scope, schedule, fee and budget on each project, including proposal development and scope negotiation.
• Direction of the design team producing drawings, specifications, basis of design reports and contract documents.
• Front facing regulatory coordination with NJDEP, including Treatment Works Approvals, NJPDES permits and water quality management planning.
• Client relationships with municipal and authority clients that you carry after the project closes.
• Funding coordination with NJ Infrastructure Bank, NJ Water Bank and State Revolving Fund programs.
• Mentorship of project engineers and junior staff.
