Job summary

Lochmueller Group is seeking a Water Resources Project Manager to lead planning, design and delivery of water resources infrastructure projects for municipal, county, public and private utilities, and other local clients in Illinois and Missouri.

You will mentor developing engineers, contribute to business development, and help grow our Water Resources practice across the region, including Edwardsville, IL and adjacent markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license required.
• 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience in water resources and municipal infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of water resources projects for municipal and utility clients.
• Mentor engineers, support business development, and manage project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review plans, reports, and cost estimates for accuracy and quality.
• Engage clients and stakeholders to understand needs and funding opportunities.
