Job summary

Shook Construction Co. seeks a senior Project Executive to provide overall management direction for water resources projects in Moraine, OH. You will mentor engineers, lead bid processes with cost data, and drive profitability while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include developing project objectives, managing schedules and subcontractors, and maintaining client relationships to position for future work. A 4-year degree and 10–15 years in construction are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-year BS degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience.
• 10-15 years of construction experience.
• Ability to lead multi-project efforts and manage large-scale projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactions.
• Experience with scheduling and cost forecasting tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as bid lead with actual cost data to improve future bids.
• Manages large-scale projects or multiple projects concurrently.
• Leads business development, proposal prep, interviews and pursuit efforts.
• Directs subcontractors and procurement of labor, equipment, and materials.
• Maintains relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Develops and manages a values-based project schedule and pay applications.
• Supports safe and quality-focused project execution and risk management.
