Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-value water resources and drainage projects in Florida. You will own project strategy, manage delivery across multidisciplinary teams, and mentor engineers while collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of experience, a Florida PE license, and strong skills in ICPR, SWMM, HEC-RAS, ArcGIS, Civil 3D, and Bentley.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Water Resources.
15+ years of experience in drainage and water resources projects.
Florida PE license.
Expertise in ICPR, SWMM, HEC-RAS, and proficiency in Bentley ORD, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proven track record in business development and managing multidiscipline teams.

Responsibilities

Lead complex projects from concept through delivery, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget.
Drive business development efforts - identify leads, develop proposals, and build client relationships.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants to deliver innovative solutions.
Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams, fostering growth and excellence.
Represent the firm in client meetings, presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
