Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in water resources, including stormwater drainage.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in the state, or able to obtain within six months.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D; MicroStation/OpenRoads desirable.
• Experience with drainage software such as HEC-RAS, PC-SWMM, SRH2D, FLOD2D, InfoWorks ICM, HY-8.

Responsibilities

• Manage design, permitting, and construction services for the assigned project.
• Deliver projects from start to finish with quality, schedule, and cost accountability.
• Complete site designs and perform hydraulics/hydrology calculations for stormwater infrastructure.
• Mentor junior staff and maintain positive client relationships regularly.
• Participate in and uphold the safety program for the team.
