Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is seeking a licensed professional Civil Engineer to join our Colorado Water Resources group in Denver. With 15+ years of experience, you will lead multiple active projects across the region and pursue new growth opportunities.

The role requires a Colorado PE, strong design for drainage, hydraulics, and stormwater, and the ability to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer in Colorado or ability to obtain within six months.
• 15+ years of experience in water resources, including stormwater drainage.
• Experience with drainage-analysis software and design.
• Ability to manage design, permitting, and construction services.

Responsibilities

• Manage design, permitting, and construction services for the assigned project.
• Perform business development to win work for the Denver office.
• Manage project delivery from start to finish, delegating to staff as needed.
• Complete site designs and drainage-related calculations and plans.
• Mentor junior staff and maintain positive client relationships.
