Job summary
Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects in Phoenix seeks a licensed Civil or Environmental Engineer to join our Water Resources team.
The Senior Water Resources Engineer will bring 10+ years of water resources experience, lead project delivery, mentor junior staff, and cultivate strong client relationships while advancing quality design and sustainable solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of water resources experience including stormwater drainage.
- Licensed Professional Engineer in Arizona or able to obtain within six months.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D; OpenRoads experience desirable.
- Experience with drainage software such as HEC-RAS, PC-SWMM, SRH2D, FLOD2D, InfoWorks ICM, HY-8.
Responsibilities
- Manage design, permitting, and construction services for the assigned project.
- Lead project delivery from start to finish with minimal supervision.
- Perform hydraulics and hydrology calculations and design stormwater infrastructure and drainage plans.
- Mentor junior staff and coordinate with Practice Leads across disciplines.
- Maintain positive client relationships and contribute to business development.
