Job summary

WSP USA, Inc. is seeking a Carolinas Senior Water Resources Project Manager to lead senior technical direction for North Carolina projects, including flood resilience, stormwater, and coastal work.

The role offers opportunities to mentor staff and strengthen relationships with key clients across Raleigh, Charlotte, and Wilmington. You will guide project delivery, manage risk, and drive multi-disciplinary collaboration to deliver high-impact water resources solutions for municipalities, agencies,

Qualifications

• 15 years of post-education experience in water resources engineering.
• PE license in North Carolina or South Carolina.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Travel within the Carolinas region, with potential for travel beyond.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical direction on complex projects.
• Mentor and lead staff across the North Carolina water resources team.
• Strengthen client relationships with municipalities, agencies, developers and institutions.
• Deliver transformational water resources projects across North Carolina and the Carolinas.
• Support project delivery with proactive risk management and QA/QC across multi-disciplinary teams.
