AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Water Resources Engineer Group Lead for our Henderson, NV office. You will supervise engineering staff and lead flood control design, drainage, and hydrologic/hydraulic modelling on large, interdisciplinary projects.

The role requires a B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering and a P.E. license, with about 15 years of experience. You will mentor juniors, manage projects, and coordinate with clients to deliver cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering required.
• P.E. license is required.
• 15 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Arid-region hydrology knowledge preferred (Southern NV)

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior engineers on design concepts.
• Supervise flood control and drainage design tasks on large projects.
