The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of water resources experience, strong technical judgment, and the ability to lead projects, manage client relationships, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in water resources.
• PE license required, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Proficiency in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling (2D modeling preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and design of water resources and civil infrastructure projects, including stream and wetland restoration, floodplain analyses, and stormwater design.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.
• Interface with clients, stakeholders, and public agencies to build strong professional relationships.
• Collaborate with CAD designers, EITs, and GIS technicians to develop engineering solutions.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff.
• Travel occasionally to client sites across the U.S. as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
