Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in water resources.
• PE license required or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, or equivalent software.
• Strong background in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling (2D modeling preferred).
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal stormwater management regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and design of water resources and civil infrastructure projects.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Interface with clients, stakeholders and public agencies.
• Collaborate with CAD designers, EITs, and GIS technicians.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff.
• Travel occasionally to client sites across the U.S.
