Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in engineering, preferably wastewater projects.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months of start date.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of staff on multiple projects to complete design, bidding, contract administration and construction support.
• Interact with clients in the Mid-Atlantic region to develop design criteria for water and wastewater facilities.
• Design and develop project plans, reports, cost estimates and specifications; coordinate with regulatory agencies for permitting.
• Manage projects by overseeing scope, tasks, schedules and budgets.
• Communicate with team and clients on project development and construction.
• Perform field data collection and construction administration as needed.
• Mentor staff to improve the team.
• Additional tasks as needed.
