Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering; master's preferred.

• Experience with treatment plants, pumping stations, and collection/distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of water and wastewater treatment plants and distribution systems.
• Prepare construction documents and project specifications for pumping stations.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources; mentor junior staff.
• Engage with clients and lead technical concepts for proposals.
