Job summary
HYDRATERRA PROFESSIONALS - GLENMOORE, PA is seeking a Senior Civil/Environmental Engineer to lead our water resources team in southeastern Pennsylvania. You will guide project design, prepare winning proposals, and oversee civil/environmental engineering tasks tied to treatment plants, distribution networks and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate has a PA PE license, 10+ years of environmental engineering experience, and strong communication abilities.
Qualifications
- PA licensed engineer preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
- 10+ years of environmental engineering experience.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Develop a complete understanding of HtP's services for clients.
- Lead teams in preparing winning proposals and presentations.
- Lead and direct the development and design of projects.
- Show understanding of PA Act 537 Sewage Facility Planning process.
- Show understanding of NPDES and WQM permitting process.
- Provide construction management and oversight for capital projects.
