If you reside outside of this area and are open to relocation, please note this in your application!**Essential Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field* Licensed Professional Engineer in the United States with the ability to obtain licensure in the state of Minnesota* Demonstrated previous experience with open channel hydraulics modeling* Knowledge of hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, InfoWorksICM, or PCSWMM* Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, on-site inspections/visits, etc.; Occasional overnight travel will be required.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Experience in dam and levee design, engineering, and construction* Experience in 2D Hydraulic models* CFD Modeling experience* Experience working with a team of drainage engineers, civil engineers and highway designers to deliver large transportation projects* Experience and interested in supervising and mentoring other engineers and team members* Excellent written and oral communication skills**Who We Are**Better Places.
