Possess a foundational to intermediate understanding of construction practices.**Essential Qualifications**:* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.* Ability to obtain required HTCP certifications.* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret plans, specifications, and technical documents.* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information professionally to internal and external stakeholders.* Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.* Ability to calculate project quantities accurately.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).* Willingness to learn construction administration software such as AASHTOWare, OneOffice, Bluebeam, or Adobe.* Commitment to SEH’s Quality and Safety standards.**Preferred Qualifications:*** 0–5 years of experience in the construction industry, with knowledge of construction techniques, estimating, scheduling, and construction administration.* Knowledge of WisDOT construction policies/practices* Willingness and ability to travel long distances daily, if required.* Familiarity with Civil 3D.This position requires an MVR records check verifying that you possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record which meets the requirements of SEH’s Driving Program.**Who We Are**Better Places.
