BENEN in Roseville, CA is seeking a Senior Engineer for Water Resources to lead the planning, design, and delivery of municipal water and wastewater projects for public agencies and utilities. You will supervise multidisciplinary teams, ensure technical quality, and maintain regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering from an accredited institution.
• Active California Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• 14+ years of engineering design experience, including at least 3 years of progressively responsible leadership.
• Substantive experience in municipal water, wastewater, and related water infrastructure planning, design, permitting, and delivery.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and managing multiple concurrent assignments.
• Familiarity with HEC-RAS, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and water/sewer modeling software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership, QA/QC oversight for complex water and wastewater projects.
• Lead project managers and delivery teams through scope, schedule, budget, risk, documentation, quality, and client commitments.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate with Water Resources VP to strengthen technical standards and delivery practices.
• Lead client meetings, facilitate progress discussions, and guide issue resolution to keep commitments.
• Develop proposals and contribute to business development within client accounts.
