Qualifications

• PE license required
• Minimum 15 years of water resources engineering experience
• Dam design, rehabilitation, safety inspections, permitting, and compliance expertise
• Proven project management from inception to completion
• Strong leadership and autonomous work capability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Easton, PA office with oversight from leadership based in San Antonio
• Take over and manage ongoing dam-related projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
• Develop new business opportunities in dam safety, rehabilitation, and water resources
• Serve as the primary technical expert for dam-related projects, including inspections, design, permitting, and compliance
• Maintain and build relationships with local and regional clients, regulatory agencies, and industry partners
• Provide mentorship and leadership for the Easton office team
• Handle basic office management duties with support from San Antonio administrative staff
