Seeking a Senior Water Resources Engineer to lead hydraulic design, manage teams, and drive business development within a growing transportation-focused practice.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a seller-doer, developing new and existing client relationships
Lead hydraulic design for stream crossings, drainage, and erosion control
Manage hydrologic & hydraulic modeling (HEC-RAS) for bridges and culverts
Oversee preparation of MOA, CLOMR, and LOMR submittals
Manage team workload, schedules, and staff development
Lead project scoping, fee development, and contract negotiations
Support proposals, marketing efforts, and public presentations
Provide QA/QC oversight and mentor junior staff
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (or related)
