Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 10 years related experience desired.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license preferred.
• MS Office and MS Project experience; Access helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of large multi-disciplinary engineering projects and programs.
• Strategically oversee project execution within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Cultivate and expand key client relationships and participate in business development and negotiations.
• Direct and facilitate project meetings with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Navigate regulatory environments and represent HDR with permitting agencies.
• Develop project documentation, analyses, and engineering reports with clarity.
• Manage project financials: budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership within the team.
