Qualifications

• Bachelor's in civil or environmental engineering required.
• 15+ years of water project experience.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE).
• Experience in design and construction phases of water/wastewater projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and conduct engineering work on water projects of various sizes.
• Manage budget, schedule, contractual obligations, and quality standards.
• Develop designs, reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for water projects.
• Prepare technical memoranda, reports, and deliverables; oversee construction phase.
• Supervise staff engineers, drafters, technicians, and others.
