Who are we looking for?

Our Central US Water business is growing throughout Texas! We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our projects. We are looking for a self-motivated, driven, and hard-working professional to support project teams in water and wastewater treatment, collection systems, water conveyance and distribution, studies, design, and construction management services across Texas.

This role involves working with a team to support client development and strategic growth locally and regionally. The primary goal is to build credible relationships with clients, partners, and the community. The position requires managing multiple projects that involve long-term development and commitment.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing relationships with clients, including business development, sales, and marketing
• Leading or assisting in facility and utility master planning
• Performing and reviewing design calculations
• Participating in on-site testing, startup, or troubleshooting of water or wastewater facilities
• Ensuring work meets professional standards and QA/QC requirements
• Managing project schedules and budgets
• Mentoring engineering staff to develop technical skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Environmental or Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer license in Texas or willingness to obtain within six months
• 10-25 years of relevant experience in municipal water/wastewater projects, with preference for 10+ years in Texas
• Experience with desalination, treatment plants, conveyance, and pump stations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail, schedule, and budget
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• Knowledge of regulatory agencies like TCEQ and EPA
