What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and develop the Project Management team to ensure project execution aligns with customer expectations
- Manage the open project backlog and forecast monthly and quarterly sales figures
- Ensure all projects meet budget, schedule, and scope requirements while maintaining accurate communication
- Conduct training and mentoring for Project Management team members
- Act as the leading Project Manager for large or complex projects as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Post-secondary degree or diploma from a college, or PMP certification preferred
- Experience in Project Management within an industrial or construction environment
- Proven experience with overhead crane delivery, installation, and commissioning
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Experience managing and leading a team of Project Managers

- Familiarity with standard operating procedures for order execution in a project management context
- Strong technical aptitude with a desire to understand products and processes thoroughly
