GFT's Water Team in Denver, CO, is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead medium to large water/wastewater projects nationwide. This role follows a hybrid work model with regular in-office days at Denver (Greenwood Village).

You will manage design and construction administration, coordinate with municipalities and regulators, mentor junior engineers, and deliver client presentations and technical reports. PE license and 8–15 years of experience required.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
• 8–15 years of water/wastewater discipline experience including design of studies, plans and specs for water/wastewater infrastructure.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Progressive experience in evaluation, design, permitting, and construction administration of water/wastewater facilities.
• Proven project management with budget and schedule monitoring.
• Strong leadership and teamwork with excellent planning skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; client presentations and reports.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project teams in planning, design, and construction administration of municipal and industrial water and wastewater facilities.
• Engage with clients, deliver presentations, and coordinate project activities.
• Coordinate technical staff and consultants; develop study/design standards, lead progress meetings, track schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with municipalities and regulatory agencies.
• Oversee construction contract management and observation services.
• Prepare technical reports and permit applications.
• Mentor junior engineers and support professional development.
