Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years in the water field or a related industry.
• Must have a valid active T-2 or D-2 Water Operator License or ability to obtain within six months.
• Excellent communication and computer literacy with Windows and MS Office.
• Willingness to work on-call nights and weekends as needed.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and DOT/OSHA basics.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned water facilities.
• Provide support to the Operations Lead Operator & Supervisor.
• Participate in on-call rotation including night and weekend coverage.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
