Job summary

WhiteWater, Inc. seeks a Water Operator to operate and maintain assigned facilities and support the Operations Lead Operator and Supervisor. The role includes on-call night and weekend coverage as needed in the Charlton, MA area.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED, 5 years in the water field, valid T-2/D-2 licenses or ability to obtain within 6 months, strong communication skills, and OSHA 10. A DOT medical card and a valid US driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of five years' experience in Water field or related industry.
• Must possess a minimum, valid active T-2 and/or D-2 Water Operator License or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills.
• Must be computer literate in Windows and MS Office.
• Must be available after hours and on-call as required.
• Must possess knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• OSHA 10 General Industry Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training).
• Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid US Driver's License.
