AtkinsRéalis, a world-class engineering services firm, seeks a Senior Water Market Director to shape strategy for water infrastructure in the Atlanta region. You will lead client engagements, mentor teams, and drive growth across projects from treatment plants to distribution networks.

The role requires a PE license in Georgia, 15+ years of relevant experience, and strong writing and communication to influence stakeholders and win opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering; MS coursework preferred.
• PE license in Georgia required.
• 15+ years of technical experience in water/wastewater projects, Atlanta experience desired.
• Strong writing and communication, client relationship and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy for the water business with emphasis on Atlanta market.
• Serve as Project Manager for multiple projects with contract negotiations.
• Mentor project teams and ensure QA/QC for complex projects.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets and final reports.
• Build and manage strategic client relationships and staff recruitment.
